Project Me. Day 1.

On my travels today I gazed into the clouds and thought about myself for a bit. Then i realized i was driving and needed to pay attention to the car in front of me. Actually I thought about what i can do to work on my self esteem. So i decided to start with baby steps. And i already have, it started 4 weeks ago when i started the South Beach Diet. Just now have i put a finger on what was bothering me and what i can do to change the feelings i have about myself.

I know that most of my "issues" come from my weight problems. I am eating good and have dropped weight with that. Now since i am comfortable with my eating i need to add in more deliberate exercise. So I took the initiative and did something. I walked a bit and then hopped on my stationary bike. I felt really good when i was done. I did it for me.
